This is a display stand / tiered sorting tray for most sleeved or unsleeved TCG cards, such as Magic the Gathering, or Pokemon. 

It is intended to hold cards in a stadium style fashion, for display, or sorting purposes. Each tier is deep and wide enough to hold multiple sleeved cards.
