Nice solid antique shape. No key. Has some pennies inside which will go with since there is no key. It shows normal wear and age. Has some scuffing. Has some paint loss. It does appear to work, but the middle panel appears to be stuck. My assumption is it needs serviced or cleaned. Selling as is for repair or display.
