Black American Figurines Religious Church Family Signed Vintage Lot OOAK READ

4 wood carved & hand painted figures & one wooden church bench. This unique Folk Art find is a mix of crude & detailed at the same time. All figures are in sitting on the bench position. Father & son are in matching outfits & colors and the Mother & daughter are also painted to match. There are some imperfections, paint loss in spots USE PICTURES PROVIDED AS DESCRIPTION. Pencil marks  and signature/initials on the pieces pictured. The wooden Bench Pew is approx.  8" long by 3 11/16" tall (it has staining, pencil marks & rough areas) but is sturdy.  Adult sitting figures are approx. 5 1/2 to 6" tall while sitting children are 2 1/2 " high. Browns &  wine colored hand painted clothing & accessories, black hair.  This wonderful, reverent family is ready for Church Service!  One of the names on the adult male back looks like Phelps?
