SHIPPING: 

·        We only send to confirmed shipping addresses.

·        Address changes and/or corrections are handled per eBay policy.  If an order is placed with an incorrect shipping address, the order must be cancelled and then re-ordered with the correct information. Please contact us ASAP should this occur so that the order can be caught prior to shipment.

·        All shipping fees include tracking & delivery confirmation.

·        We cannot supply a shipping quote PRIOR to items ending.

·        International Shipping is handled via eBay International shipping services.  Packages are sent via USPS to a HUB facility and then directed to another carrier.  The carriers used after arrival at the HUB vary depending on final destination.  Typically, we (the seller) are NOT provided tracking or update information after the package is received at the HUB.  PLEASE NOTE:  Estimated shipping times reflected on eBay indicate the estimated arrival of the package at the HUB Only! International shipments take longer than standard delivery within the USA and can take up to or beyond a month.

·        We process shipments weekdays (Monday through Friday) by 2:00 PM EST.

·        All delivery dates posted after processing are ESTIMATES provided by eBay/Shipping Carrier.

·        We (the seller) have no control over shipments once they are turned over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc).

·        No shipping services are provided on US Federal and/or State Holidays.
