exact item shown, very old (maybe 1959?) 7 dB attenuator, rated 4-10 Ghz. the analyzer plot shows that it's pretty close across a much wider frequency range than it was rated for. Nice addition to vintage test equipment collection - I tried looking up the contract number and eventually gave up, if you are more persistent than I you might find what this was bought for.
