• Also compatible with most other brands' 12V electric winches that use a standard wired remote plug configuration

The Superwinch 2277 Wireless Winch Remote Control Upgrade Kit adds wireless operation capability to virtually any Superwinch 12V electric winch, giving operators the freedom to control winch-in and winch-out functions from up to 50 feet away. Whether working a recovery alone, repositioning for a better vantage point, or operating from inside the cab during a difficult extraction, the 2277 removes the constraint of a fixed-length wired remote and puts control exactly where it needs to be. The kit is compatible with the full range of Superwinch 12V electric winch models — including the LT Series, LP Series, Tiger Shark Series, Terra Series, S Series, and Winch2Go — with the specific exception of the SX10 (1710200) and SX12 (1712200) wire rope models, which require PN 2277R.

Safety is built into every aspect of the 2277's design. An automatic shut-off timer prevents the wireless remote from inadvertently activating the winch during storage or transport, while accidental power-up protection adds a second layer of security.
