The Bristolian Leaving Box Tunnel Vintage GWR Railway Print Don Breckon 1980s

A colour print, from a disbound book of Railway prints, with unrelated text on the reverse. This has been trimmed down from the original full page size with a small white border to remove unrelated sectons and keep within Royal Mail postal sizes.

Suitable for framing, the image size is approx 8.5" x 6.25" or 21.5 cm x 16 cm plus border. Actual page size including small border & text at bottom approx 9" x 7.75".

It is a vintage print not a modern copy and can show signs of age or previous use commensurate with the age of the print. Please view any scans as they form part of the description.

All pictures will be sent bagged and in a board backed envelope for protection in transit.

The Bristolian Leaving Box Tunnel (1986)
Castle class No 7034 Ince Castle leaving Box Tunnel with the Bristolian in the 1950s. The Bristolian was inaugurated by the GWR in 1935, suspended during the War and restored in the Festival of Britain, 1951. It was steam hauled until 1959 when the Warship class diesels took over.
