6ZH49P-D Miniature high-frequency pentode with a short anode-grid characteristic of particular durability. Designed for use in broadband high frequency voltage amplification circuits. The 6Zh49P-D high-frequency pentode is used in radio-electronic devices for general and special purposes. Works in any position. Available in glass finger design. Indirectly heated oxide cathode.
9-pin base with button bottom. Pin location: РШ8. Overall dimensions of the 6Zh43P-D pentode: - lamp height - 57 mm; - lamp diameter - 22.5 mm. Weight no more than 15 g. Minimum operating time no less than 10,000 hours. Technical specifications: 3.300.091TU.
