This is the correct fitting vacuum tap for the models listed and includes the correct rubber sealing gasket.

The original discontinued Kawasaki part number was 51023-1375 and 51023-1039 but others were also used

* KZ650 H 1981 to 1982

* Honda CSR650 with 44mm hole centres

This is a brand new reproduced fuel tap for the Kawasaki and Honda models listed above. These taps have the primer setting so that you can prime the carbs without running the bike.

Note that our tap has the fuel outlet on the REAR as does the original and the vacuum pipe on the Right.

We do recommend that you change your pipes whilst you are going to all the trouble of fitting this though 😁 and we can supply you with the very best quality E5 and E10 compliant green tinted fuel pipe. Search for 8mm pipe in our shop search bar.

Don't mess about trying to reseal your 40 year old original fuel tap. We've tried all that and it just doesn't last. They generally leak through the front or stop flowing fuel or just flow continuously.

Also the Kawasaki seal kits are an expensive gamble too because the inside of the tap will require a day of ultrasonic cleaning to get the hardened gunge and crystals out before you can even think about fitting the new seals!

OK so this tap is not original Kawasaki but it is a much cheaper alternative than trying to get an original one. Remember that new old stock could actually be 35 to 40 years old now!

Our taps are as good as you are going to buy, We have searched high and low for a long time for taps for these bikes that are just right and these are the very best!

We check and fettle each tap before dispatch for any casting errors and tightness of the tap. We also vacuum and pressure test them too.

To date, we have had no returns or issues with my supplier and manufacturer.

Fitting this will eradicate all the usual problems of the vacuum not working and fuel not flowing or leaking taps.

These taps also have a prime setting. This can be used to fill the carburettors if the bike has been laid up for a while. It allows fuel to flow continuously and should not be used instead of the vacuum function.

These taps are very well made with very good casting material and tolerances, they are not made from 'monkey metal' like lots of other cheap taps are. I've bought them!

This will be a direct fit on bikes with only one fuel outlet with connecting pipes between the carbs.

The vacuum pipe should be connected to your carburettor or inlet vacuum line

* Mounting Hole diameter is 6.5mm for your 6mm bolts

* Connection to fuel line: for 8 mm internal diameter pipe

* Vacuum connection: 5 mm internal diameter pipe.

* Mounting hole centres 44mm / 4.4cm / 1   3/4 inches

Our taps have an internal syphon pipe which is also a filter.

We recommend that you fit an inline fuel filter too.
