All items I ship out are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a box to protect the item during shipping. I ensure the items are well-protected because I wouldn't want to receive an item shipped in a padded envelope. If it's a flat item such as a magazine, comic, or loose card, I pack it carefully into a padded envelope with support behind it.
