Delivery Information

Quick Dispatch
We aim to dispatch your order the same day if we receive your order before midday (Monday–Friday).

Small parcels (up to 2kg): Sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked – covers all of the UK.

Larger items: (up to 15kg) : Delivered using Evri 48 hour tracked - 2-3 day courier service.

Larger items: (up to 30kg) : Delivered using DHL 24 hour tracked - 1-2 day courier service.

Need to change the delivery address?
Let us know ASAP via eBay message. We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch — but once it’s collected, changes aren’t possible.

For Royal Mail, check your tracking or contact your local sorting office – sometimes items are held without a card.

Message us on eBay after 7–10 days. If the parcel is lost, we’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

Changed your mind?

Let us know within 14 working days of receiving your order.

Return the item in original undamaged packaging, sealed items remaining sealed, with all tags intact, the product must be in the same condition as you received it.

Please return the item within 30 days – you can use eBay’s postage labels which include tracking information - otherwise obtain proof of posting.

You’ll get a full refund for the item, but you’ll need to cover return postage.
