Painstakingly handpainted saure dessert plate with rounded corners from the 1930's by Woods of Burslem. There is gold detailing on the bird, two gold bands on the rim, and a filigree of gold tracery in the four navy blue medallions in the centre of each side of the rim.
The plate has light crazing overall but no chips or cracks and the colours are bright and vibrant.
