Green uranium  glass with a wavy opalescent edge, 2 looped applied side handles.

Tested with black light- green glow

Floral pattern with textured exterior of the bowl

Perhaps a glass making flaw- there is a little low place along the top edge. It is smooth and appears as part of the glass making process for the bowl. I have included several images of this little place.
