ACR1 probe exchange system with ACC 2-2 controller RENISHAW - USED

The ACR1 with ACC2-2 enables fast and repeatable automatic probe changes without the need for re-qualification and provides a secure storage area for probes and extensions.

The range includes:
  • ACR1 8-port probe changing system
  • Dedicated ACC 2-2 controller

The ACR1 is designed to work with the SP600 and SP25M, as well as other probes and extensions with Renishaw's automatic connector. Probes without an automatic connector can be used with PAA adaptors. The system is suitable for use with PH10M and PH10MQ heads.

It can be mounted horizontally or vertically to make maximum use of the measuring machine's working space.

The ACC 2-2 controller handles communication between the CMM controller (via RS232 interface) and the ACR1 automatic probe exchange system.
