1859 Antique BLACK LION WHARF Original ETCHING by JAMES McNEILL WHISTLER

An original and very fine impression of the well known 1859 James Abbott McNeill Whistler (1834-1903) etching, "BLACK LION WHARF".
Signed and dated in the plate.
A strong impression, with plate mark clearly visible.
Fresh from a local estate, this etching came to me mounted on cardboard backing, as shown.
Mount measures 14" x 11". Actual paper measures 10" x 7 7/8". Plate: 227mm (width), 150mm (height).
Etching will display beautifully, when matted and framed. No rips, tears, holes, scuffs, or repairs. Toning to blank border, as shown.

Guaranteed to be an authentic original antique etching, and not a later copy or reproduction.

Some unusually large or heavy items require their own shipping box, and do not qualify for combined shipping. Also, in most cases, books will be shipped via Media Mail, and cannot be shipped with glass or pottery items.
