This book will easily fit into a USPS flat rate padded envelope.  If you purchase any other items, they may not fit.  I will combine shipping with other items as long as they fit into USPS flat rate boxes with no extra charge.  Otherwise, there may be an extra charge for multiple purchases, but I will always combine shipping to save you money. 

I have also included USPS Media Mail, which may take longer, but save you on shipping charges, and USPS First Class Mail where applicable.  Know that no matter which method you choose, I charge shipping based on weight and will always combine shipping charges to save you money.
