Vintage Relax-A-Cizor Machine Model 5 Collectible Quackery 1960's.

Tested and it does put out current. Some of the pads are cracked. Did not test them. The knobs do adjust the currents.

There is 1 of the metal ends missing from the wires. Please see photos.
