This offering is for a Rare RICHARD I. MANNING FOR GOVERNOR pin backed button from South Carolina. The approx. 1 inch button is in nice overall condition as you can see. Manning served as Governor of SC from January 1915 until January 1919. We have looked all over the internet with word & photo searches and not found any reference to another specimen.
