Shieldmaster is a precision engineered, insulated twin wall flue system offering a complete range of components for both internal (passing through the roof) and external (passing through an outside wall) flue installations. Crafted with ease of use in mind, Shieldmaster utilises a secure push fit connection which when connected using the provided locking band (where applicable), creates a sealed joint between all parts.

Shieldmaster is HETAS approved, CA certified and tested compliant to EN1856-1:2009 and BS476-20.

Adapters

When maintaining the same internal diameter from stove/stove pipe to twin wall (i.e. 5” to 5”), please select Single Wall to Twin Wall Adapter. Only when increasing the internal diameter from stove/stove pipe to twin wall (i.e. 5” to 6”), please select Increaser Single to Twin as per below:

Components designed to fit around a Twin Wall pipe are listed by the internal diameter of the Twin Wall pipe they are suitable for - e.g. 5” Twin Wall flue has a 7” outer diameter therefore items for 5" Twin Wall measure 7". This applies to Collars, Brackets, Bands and Plates.

Shipping and Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a refund. A returns authorisation number must be obtained from us, either by contacting us directly or via an eBay Return Request. Items must be returned unused and in a re-sellable condition for a refund to be issued.

We aim to offer free delivery wherever possible; however, a small number of UK locations incur unavoidable additional charges due to courier hub coverage. If your order is affected, we will contact you on the next working day. These charges are separate from and not calculated by eBay’s postage calculator.

All stoves and larger orders are delivered palletised via a one-man, kerbside delivery service only. This means delivery is made to the roadside, and drivers may refuse access to certain locations depending on site conditions. Customers must ensure sufficient manpower is available to move the pallet from the kerbside to the desired location. This is the customer’s responsibility. Failed deliveries or requests for redelivery may result in additional charges.
