The needle standard set includes: 0.9mm (Cylindrical), 1.75mm (Semi-Circular), 1.75mm (Cylindrical), 1.9mm (Cylindrical), 2.8mm (Semi-Circular)

Instructions for using the gear puller:

1) Please select the needle according to the thickness of the motor shaft diameter. Do not use a needle that is too small to pull out the teeth of a motor with a shaft diameter that is too large, otherwise the top needle will break. The gear that has been glued should be heated first to melt the glue before pulling out the teeth!!

2). Select the ejector pin you need, install it into the ejector rotating rod, and tighten the screw (note: for ejector pins with platforms, the screw should not be too tight).

3). Install the rotating rod of the gear puller into the gear puller bracket.

4). Install the gear puller moving plate.

5). Insert the motor into the sliding plate of the gear puller and move it until the motor shaft aligns with the top pin of the gear puller.

6). Rotate the gear lever of the gear puller in a clockwise direction at a constant speed to pull out the motor gear.

7) Can pull gears with a maximum outer diameter of 11mm and tooth height within 12mm.
