At GM, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, don’t worry—we offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee.
Items must be returned unused and in original condition within 7 days of receipt. A refund will be issued as soon as we receive the returned item.
If the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return postage costs.
If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g. change of mind), the return postage will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Please ensure all returns are sent via Recorded Delivery for your peace of mind.
If your order has not arrived within 14 days, kindly contact us within this period so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
We aim to dispatch all orders the same working day once payment is cleared, using secure and professional packaging to ensure your items arrive safely.
UK Delivery: Items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days, though delays beyond our control may occur.
Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery before reporting an item as lost (18 days if sent via Recorded Delivery). Once confirmed by Royal Mail, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
For security reasons, we only ship to the address registered on your PayPal account. This helps protect both buyers and sellers against fraud.
Please note: We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, local postal services, or customs inspections.
We accept PayPal payments only. Please ensure your PayPal account is active and verified before placing your order. Payment must be completed before items can be dispatched.
