I purchased this years ago at an estate sale after being told they cleared out an old record shop in NY. This tape is a really cool piece of history for anyone who is a fan of 1313 Mockingbird Lane or Rock/Punk music. This copy was used to make other tapes that were sold in the 90s of this live collection. There is an awesome note inside from the creator stating it was the hand made copy that would be used to later run off additional ones for the shop. Super cool for a collector.
