The arms have heavy damage to them at the seams. There aer black mar as pictured. There are some nicks and marks on the jersey as it is used and there is all some minor pilling. eBay has now started to delay all shipping on packages, so because of the managed payment system packages will arrive several days later than they did before because the money has to clear first. 
Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.Shipping to the USA has become complicated because of the loss of the De Minimus exemption. Packages now cost more to send and also there may be delays at the border because of the changes.
