Myerstown Lebanon County PA POS of A Antique program 1895 Patriotic Order Sons

Won't find this just anywhere! I did a little research to make sure of location, was in papers from Lebanon County, one woman that was reciting at the assembly lived in Myerstown, so pretty sure I have the approx. location right, but it doesn't say it on the paper, itself.

Single piece of paper, good pre owned, has a pen mark , a little wear.
