USE 25.0 seatpost with a spring and elastomers. Adjustable via a 6mm allen key in the bottom of the post.
These usually come with a shim to size them up to a larger diameter-- this one does not. The post has a few small marks on the bottom of the shaft. One of the two bolts is not original.
