Therefore, it is very unlikely that your purchase will arrive incomplete. Also, every piece of jewelry and diamonds are being graded by GIA graduate gemologists and come with its original appraisal and an authentication certificate.

• 30 days return policy. Money back guarantee.
• Item must be returned with the original box, certificates, and papers.
• Item must be in the same condition as it was received.
• Customs taxes duties, shipping fees, and custom made orders are non refundable.
• Buyer must contact us before shipping back in order to receive Return Authorization Number (RAN).
• We will not refund over $15 on return shipping label without RA Number.
• Buyer must use a brand new shipping package when shipping to us.
