- Orders placed before 2pm (11am for pallets) Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will usually be dispatched the same working day as receiving cleared payment. Any orders paid for after this time may still ship the same day, or the following working day at the latest. PLEASE NOTE: Orders are NOT shipped out on Weekends or Bank Holidays.
- Weekend deliveries and Pre 12 noon / 10:30am deliveries can be arranged but will be subject to additional charges, please send us a message for details.
- Collection can be arranged by appointment only. No stock is held at the office address so no cold calls please!
- Returns are accepted provided they are not damaged in any way and all of the original packaging & accessories are included. (Shipping costs cannot be refunded for non faulty goods).
- Any items incorrectly described or damaged in transit must be reported in writing within 3 days of delivery.
- Any items supplied with a 'Return to Base' (RTB) warranty will be covered for faults for the stated period only (warranty starts from date of delivery).
- Note for potential buyers in the EU and Northern Ireland: Regrettably, due to the 2024 changes to the "General Product Safety Regulation" (GPSR), and the requirements to comply with it, it is not feasible for us, as a very small business, to ship our products to these areas after 13th December 2024.
