Will be sent Tracked via Royal mail second class estimated 

*3- 5 days delivery   from posting, 

(We can not guarantee this it is only RM Guidelines).

Please Note:

There is an option for Express Service in the Checkout Section should you need a faster service.

If paid for before 12.00 pm, will be dispatched same day.

(Weekend purchases after 12pm Friday,  will be sent **Monday). 

*Ebay suggest on our listings that Royal mail are 3 days postage, in reality it's more like 3-5 days delivery.

** Monday collection / booking will not apply to Bank Holidays

Express Delivery is selected 

Will be sent Tracked via DHL Next Day* service. 

If paid for before 1.30 pm items will be dispatched same day, for Next Day* Delivery. 

(Weekend purchases after 1.30pm Friday, will be sent **Monday).

* Please be aware, we pay a premium for next day delivery on your behalf, but we can not guarantee DHL will always be able to deliver next day.

** Monday collection / booking will not apply to Bank Holidays.

 Large Heavy Palleted Items

Will be sent Tracked via Pallet Specialist Couriers as quickly as possible. 

(Weekend purchases after 1.30pm Friday, will be booked on for collection on **Monday). 

We can not guarantee a delivery time frame for Pallets unfortunately, as is out of our control, However we will book a next day collection for your Pallet upon Payment, and estimate 3-5 days delivery.

** Monday collection / booking will not apply to Bank Holidays.

 Apply for all orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands Isle of Scilly, and anywhere outside mainland UK.

Combined Shipping

If you purchase several items please wait for an invoice as we will combine the shipping.

 Usually you will only be charged for the heaviest item.

PAYMENT

Our preferred method of payment for all items is Via Ebay.

We do not accept card payments over the phone, but can facilitate Pay Pal or bank transfer

 We also accept cash on collection where applicable.

RETURNS

We are happy to accept returns. If you press 'Buy It Now' and then change your mind or you no longer require the item, please contact us and we will cancel the transaction for you. You must inform us in order for us to do this as a non-payment dispute will be opened automatically by eBay once a certain time frame has passed.  All messages should be sent via the eBay messaging system.

Faulty or damaged items

 . All our parts are security marked. All parts where possible  have been tested prior to dispatch and are in working order

However we are human and sometimes "get it wrong" If this happens please contact us and we will do our best to put it right as quickly and painlessly as possible
