It is 1 package of 30. Wide, small bands in the java bean scheme white, tan, brown, and black, all black, or clear, and style pictured.

They have no metal.

 The packaging for these is from 2015 and 2018, and the clear from 2020. As always, the packaging may show shelf wear. These elastics sometimes age. Please keep this in mind.
