Shipping out your order

Orders to the US and Canada are shipped via FedEx international priority service whenever possible within 2 days from the receipt of your payment.

Warranty & Returns Policy

Kindly note that this watch does not come with international warranty.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided that merchandise is unused and is returned to us in the same condition as when you had received it. The cost of shipping back the item is the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds will not include shipping cost. For items sold with free shipping, we shall deduct the actual shipping cost incurred for the transaction.

We take great care to make sure your order is correct, in good condition and packaged securely. But in case you receive an incorrect item, a damaged or defective merchandise or one that is different from what is described in the listing, please get in touch with us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange to send the correct item whenever possible at no cost to you.
