This is an absolutely stunning, Exquisite MCM Vintage Carved Gray Soapstone Woman Figure Sculpture.  The piece is very heavy at approximately 10 lbs.  The piece is completely sculpted by hand into a MCM stylized impression of a woman with her arm above her head in a relaxed, contemplative pose.  The bulk of the piece behind the front is a heavy base of solid soapstone in a black, gray and white marbleized look.

The sculpture measures approximately 8.5" high by 6" wide and 6" in depth and is in great vintage MCM condition with very minor wear and no visible anomalies.

This is a museum quality Modernist sculpture that would be the centerpiece in any environment.
