About Norfolk Heatwave: our sauces are hand made in beautiful North Norfolk using high quality ingredients with no artificial thickeners or preservatives, available singly or in gift packs. Glyn was introduced to the Caribbean hot pepper sauce taste at a very young age by his Father who was from Trinidad & Tobago. Later, he taught him how to cook and bottle it. Since 2010 Glyn has been offering his original traditional family-recipe Hot Pepper Sauce for sale to the public in shops and direct at markets, food festivals or from the webstore.  Subsequently, Glyn has developed tasty new sauce recipes and made these available too, all produced by hand in small batches in North Norfolk
