Ticon has taken the most time-consuming part of creating that pie cut look by starting with Ticon high quality, ready to weld pie cuts, and welding them all together for you in 45 degree configuration with tight radius pre welded sections with the same quality you've come to expect from the entire Ticon Industries line of fabrication components.
Precision laser cut from our high quality CP1 grade 1mm (.039") wall thickness tubing; commercial grade deburring process; and completely cleaned of any imperfections on the cut and brushed to a fine finish. They are finished with a rigorous Ultrasonic Cleaning process before individual packaging to ensure every Ticon Industries Titanium Pie Cut is ready to weld right out of the package with no prep work required on the user's end.
