This a true Welsh Recipe that comes from my Great Great Grandmother who was one of the last Cave Dwellers of the Great Orme, Llandudno.

 Using the open pan method, we use the finest apples grown in our own orchards, to create this sweet jam like masterpiece.
  
Butter simply means to spread. 
This apple butter is perfect with cold cuts, excellent with cheeses or even added to gravy
