Only a small percentage of parts we have available are listed on Ebay. Please contact us via an Ebay message or give us a call on during business hours if you require any other parts and we will list it for purchase.
Shipping:
Item is too big to be sent via post and will be sent courier. We reserve the right to send the parts via courier from your local depot as it’s usually next day delivery and works out much quicker and more reliable than sending it via post. If you’re rural or would prefer to have the parts sent via Australia post and not a courier company please let me know in the checkout message.
Combined Shipping:
If you make more than one purchase, we combine freight – please send us an ebay message for a quote or alternatively click buy it now and confirm on each part you require. Do NOT pay for it. I’ll send you a revised invoice with the lower freight. Another method is to click on each listing you require and then click ADD TO CART. Once you have added all the items please click REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER. Please give me a call on if you have any questions
Payment Policy:
We accept payment via Paypal, Bank Deposit, Mastercard or Visa. When paying by credit card (not Paypal) contact us through Ebay with a phone number for us to process the credit card payment via phone.
Payment is required within 5 business days. An Ebay unpaid item will be issued after this time, which automatically opens an unpaid item case.
Item will be shipped within 2 business days, unless stock is not available which might delay shipping. You will be notified if this should happen.
Returns Policy :
All items listed are new unless otherwise specified in the description.
A faulty items must be returned to the seller within 5 days of it being reported as faulty. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. A replacement will be issued if the part is deemed faulty after assessment by our technician.
Postage costs of a replacement part will not be charged if the original part has been deemed faulty
If the part is not faulty, the postage costs for return of the part will be the purchaser’s responsibility and will have to be paid prior to return of the part
If an item was ordered in error please contact us and we’ll happily refund you the full price excluding shipping. Please NOTE that free postage items do have a postage cost associated with them and your refund will not include the postage cost.
