This is a discontinued sport-style jacket from Vanson, that I had custom made in a standard size mens 40. 

Measurements:

pit-to-pit: 20in

shoulder seam to cuff: 24in

high point of shoulder to bottom (front. back is a a little lower): 22in

I have a Vanson Cobra MK2 Sportrider Size 40 and the fit is the same, if that helps as a frame of reference. Although this jacket has a few more stretchy panels underneath the arms which provide a bit more stretch/sport feel than the Cobra MK2.
