Stainless three-layer steel: High-hardness stainless cutlery steel is used for blade material, while easy-to-sharpen stainless steel is adopted for the base of the blade. This provides a balance between sharpness and ease of sharpening.

Welded collar: The handle has no seams, making it hygienic as neither water nor dirt can accumulate easily.
