A vintage tiered brush or pen table top organizer. The lower, outside ring has 24 holes, the middle tier has 20 smaller holes, and the innermost section is divided in thirds. 10 inches in diameter 5 1/2 inches tall.

This organizer unit does not have a rotating base.
