Modified Becker BK9, reverse tanto blade, wooden handles – used once

Up for sale is a heavily modified Becker BK9 fixed blade knife. Compare it to a stock BK9 image, and you’ll see dramatic differences of course! And those differences are: 

Blade shortened to a reverse tanto style.

Black coating stripped away. It now has a black, grapefruit patina.

Aftermarket wooden handle. 

Blade mildly reprofiled to a convex edge via the sandpaper/mousepad method.

I made this as a personal creative project back when I used to collect and mod a lot of knives. Now I need to thin-down my large collection! I used this blade on one short camping trip to test it out, so consider it very mildly broken-in. 

Comes with original sheath, but I recommend finding a shorter aftermarket sheath that’ll fit this compact little beauty better.
