2004 Mighty Helmet Racers set - complete. Cars, chargers, remotes, & score tower have been checked & working. The ONLY issue I could find….is 1 car steering function is not working? Not sure if it’s the remote or car?? Could possibly be just the buttons on the remote? It’s been sitting in storage for awhile. Overall EX/NMIB
