Vintage Long Black Velvet w/White Bow w/Tails Formal Dress

This is a long forma black velvet dress with a white accent & bow with tail on back. Has a slit up the back. Has zipper w/hook & eye closure.

MATERIAL: velvet 100% rayon / lining 100% acetate / satin 100% acetate 

No size tag so check measurements for fit. Measurements (flat, approx): 

Good condition, been in storage so gotten a storage scent. Some soiling at bottom hem (see where circled on pictures)..
