All orders are dispatched using reputable postal companies within 1 - 2 days of receiving orders (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public/Bank Holidays). We use various couriers for our orders depending on the weight and size of the parcel.
You can check the estimated delivery date via your order in eBay. We can only control the dispatch date; once the parcel has been handed over to the postal or courier service we have no control over delivery times. It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If you are not available to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour or in a safe location, if they think it is safe to do so.
Delivery times are usually 3 - 5 working days, however at peak times delivery may take longer. In the unlikely event your item does not arrive please contact us to sort out the matter.
Tracking numbers are provided for all orders once dispatched.
Our main object is to satisfy our valued customers. However if you not satisfied with your purchase, we would like to refund full your payment after receiving item or items in original condition. No restocking fee for the return item.
The item must be returned to us within 30 days after you receive the goods. The item should be returned in original condition, Not Used or Altered. You will have to pay the difference in price if applicable.
Buyers are responsible for paying the return postage and we reserve the right to deduct any postage costs from an any refund provided. For any damaged goods we will cover all postage costs.
There are some items we cannot accept for refunds and these are hygenic products. We will highlight this on the relevant listings where our refund terms may change.
In the unlikely event your order has arrived damaged or missing any parts please inform us as soon as practically possible and provide photo evidence and will respond back with a resolution.
