A nice antique jewelry presentation box which might have originally held a long diamond bar brooch. Other jewelry items will fit nicely inside this box as well.  I think the box dates to the turn of the century. It has a push button opener which also closes securely.  The resting place for the jewels is black velvet, and the lid is white silk with black lettering embossing for the jewelry company.  The exterior is in very nice condition with next to no scuffs, please see the closeup photos, and the condition report above.  The measurements are also in the pictures.
