Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your products. All items need to be return back to our facility, before any exchange or refund can be processed. Please contact us to get RMA number first. you return will send it back to our US Warehouse. We will process your refund or exchange after receiving your shipment.

Our Business Hours is Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm. All Orders will be shipped with24 hours after payment was confirmed by PayPal. Please confirm your Address in PayPal is correct.

Please check shipping costs for your country in the pull-down box on the "Shipping and payments" tab. Import duties, taxes and local delivery charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If this is a concern, please check with your country's Customs Office before your purchase to determine any additional cost. A tracking number is provided with each purchased order. Tracking numbers given for First Class International Mail will reflect transit process within the U.S. and will stop updating once it leaves the country.
