What you see in the photos is what you get: 4 center caps in decent shape.  Some nicks and scratches on decals and body.  It's chrome over plastic with metal retaining clips.  Chrome isn't perfect and has some nicks/discoloration.  No cracks in plastic.  Please look at the photos to determine condition for yourself.
