What you see in the photos is what you get: 4 center caps in very nice shape.  It's chrome over plastic with a metal retaining clip on the back.  Some nicks on the decals and the chrome isn't perfect.  No cracks in the plastic.  Please look at the photos to determine condition for yourself.
