POSTAGE & DELIVERY
Orders processed before 2:45 pm are dispatched same day, the next working 1/3 days delivery by courier service is to mainland UK only, please note that certain remote areas (Highlands & Islands) and Northern Ireland are not covered by our daily couriers, these areas will have to be sent using royal mail or an alternative service.
Our normal next day delivery is Monday to Friday only, parts sent out on a Friday will not be received over the weekend. They would be delivered until the next normal working day which would be Monday, if you require Saturday delivery please call us before completing checkout.
Please note that include a contact telephone number when completing the sale for us to place on the couriers manifest, our couriers will not take parcels without a contact number. Please unpack and check all items before signing for them, we cannot be held responsible for any items that have been signed for as ok and then later reported as damaged. We will not be held responsible for any losses incurred either direct or indirectly as a result of delayed delivery of any items. If you have any specific delivery requirements please do not hesitate to contact us.
A signature is required for each parcel. Parcels sent out on the standard next day courier can be delivered any time between 7:00 am & 6:30 pm. If nobody is available to sign for the parcel then the driver may leave a card and you may have to contact them to arrange re-delivery. If nobody is available then the parcel will be returned to us.
PAYMENT
We accept PayPal or Bank Transfer. We will not dispatch any items until the full payment are received.
REFUNDS / RETURNS
We will gladly refund the full payment amount but excluding carriage charges. If you are at all dissatisfied with an item or find it is not suitable for the purpose you bought it for as long as the item is returned in its original condition and unused within 14 days of receipt.
We cannot refund the original outgoing carriage charge and also reserve the right to deduct a maximum of 20% handling and restocking charge for items that have been ordered in error. Return carriage charges have to be at the buyer’s expense and items must be sent recorded or secure delivery to enable a full refund.
All items are sold with a thirty day warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated in the items description on the main listing. Please note that heating elements, lamps, glassware, circuit boards, digital controllers, rubber seals and consumables are excluded from any warranty. Any items returned as faulty will need to be supported by a detailed report from a qualified person stating the exact nature of the fault. We will not accept warranty claims for diy fitting of components by none trained persons. Returned items will be inspected by our own qualified engineers or returned to our supplier for inspection. Items that have been unpacked and fitted and are not in the original re-saleable condition will be returned to the buyer and no refunds will be given. We reserve the right to offer either a replacement part or a full refund for returned items. Please contact us before returning any items, we always try to help customers and a friendly honest service is assured (see our feedback for confidence).
