Payment
1. We accept PayPal, Master Card, Visa, Goggle Pay, Apple Pay, American Express, Credit Card, Debit Card, Gift Card and other payment methods.
2. Buyers are responsible for additional COD charges, VAT, Custom fee and Duty for importation if there are any. Because, our prices are unable to include above fees, as the custom policies are different in every territories. Shipping
1. We would ship out the product within 1-3 working days upon receipt of payment.
2. We use Economy / Standard / Expedited Shipping Service: all shipments will be with valid tracking number.
Economy Shipping: Orders will be shipped out by SpeedPak Service(Plus international Economy) or other economy carriers, which takes 12-25 business days to deliver.
Standard Shipping: Orders will be shipped out by SpeedPak Service(Plus international Standard) or other standard carriers, which takes 8-15 business days to deliver.
3. Transportation may be affected by many different factors, delivery time will be extended, such as extreme weather, strikes and other factors. If you do not receive your item on
time, please contact us immediately for further assistance.
4. Import
duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or
shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility. Please
check with your country customs office to determine what these
additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
5. The
item will be sent to your address listed in the Ebay. Please verify
your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or
undeliverable addresses.
Return
1. If you are dissatisfied with our items, please contact us for
return address within 30 days upon receipt of the delivery. The item
must be returned with the original package for refund or exchange.
Before you return, please check twice to confirm the problems and
contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed
problem or send us some pictures for confirmation.
2. If you
receive an item that is damaged, please feel free to contact and send
