Paper frame has a few rips. Two are taped over. I left it on because there is a name on it. Frank... something that I can't make out. Tin type shows normal wear and age. It has some scuffing and slight bending, but overall looks pretty good. It displays well. It measures roughly 4x2.75". See pictures to make your own determination on physical condition.
