They are from the 1920's as the date line says  192_

There is a Thank you on the back of the customers copy

3 1/2 ish by under 6" not including the flap to keep carbon from bleeding thru...11 1/2 long unfolded

Sold by the Each...we have 5 available at this point...I have more, but not sure where I put them.
